General Policies

You will NOT receive credit for items returned without authorization.
There will be NO REFUND of shipping charges.
All returns must be completed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
ALL items and freight must be paid, in full, prior to shipment.

Parts Ordering / Returns Policies

Parts orders taken over the phone are FINAL once we have hung up the phone.
ALL returned parts will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
ALL parts returned for identification or service will be charged shipping.
ALL electronic parts are NON-RETURNABLE unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

General Credit Policies

Credit accounts must be paid off within 30 days of purchase or they are overdue.
A 5% service charge will be assessed against all overdue accounts every 30 days.
ALL returned parts will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
ALL parts returned for identification or service will be charged shipping.

Service Policies

The labor rate is $50.00 per hour..
A minimum fee of $25.00 is charged on all service.
All service items must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.
Old gasoline disposal fees are $3.00 per quart.
A $100.00 deposit is required for all pre-1980 outboards and chain saws. The deposit will be credited to charges related to the service of the equipment.

U.S. Postal Service

Min. $4.60 for a flat business size envelope. NO Insurance.
Priority mail $9.50 up to 2 pound. NO Insurance.
Express Mail $19.50 up to 2 pounds. NO Insurance.

USPS INSURED MAIL
$0.01-$200.00---$4.50
$200.01-$5000.00-$9.50 plus $3.85 per $100
NO COD.

United Parcel Service

UPS $10.00 under 3 pounds minimum.
Over 3 pounds $12.00 and UP. Call to confirm cost of freight.
UPS insures all parcels to $100, if you would like more just let me know and be sure and include the fee.
